A little about me
I sit at the intersection of rigorous UX research and considered visual craft. My fine arts background means I think about space, hierarchy, and aesthetics at a level most enterprise designers don't — and my decade in HR Tech means I understand the complexity of the systems underneath.
I've worked across the full spectrum: from 0→1 product definition, through complex workflow redesigns, to mature design system stewardship. Enterprise software doesn't have to be ugly or hard to use. That's what I spend every day proving.
